How much is my shipping?
Since some parts are able to ship with additional parts, shipping costs are determined after processing your order. You will not receive an estimated shipping cost while placing your order online.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is the return policy and how do I return my product?
Return Policy: 1. Return items will only be accepted with a material return authorization number (MRA). Credit will not be issued without an MRA number. 2. Customer is responsible for freight incurred on refused shipments. 3. Call our office at 800-638-4525 for authorization and provide the following information: a) Invoice number b) Part number and quantity to be returned c) Reason for return 4. Request for returns must be made within 30 days from date of shipping. 5. There will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned items or refused shipments other than warranty parts or shipping errors. Customer will pay all shipping charges for returned parts.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
